Needs Request

We all experience hardships from time to time. If you’re experiencing a hardship currently, you are welcome to submit a Benevolence Request below.

We also recommend reviewing the "Handbook of the Streets" to find other organizations who can offer assistance.

Ways to Request

You can submit a request to our Benevolence Fund in the following ways:

  1. Filling out the online form below,

  2. Downloading the PDF and mailing the completed request to North Haven Church, or

  3. Downloading the PDF and bringing the completed form to North Haven Church.

 

We will contact you to discuss your needs once we have reviewed your request.
